Easiest 3 Ingredient Dip


For those that know me, know I love to host and have people over for dinner. I also love going to someone's house where we all bring a side dish (I guess like a potluck) because I love finding new recipes and trying out people's favorite meals. Whether you're headed to a tailgate, having a large group gathering, or just looking for a healthy munchy for your kids after school, I partnered up with Chobani to give you an AMAZING healthy dip that only needs three ingredients! Let's be honest, we all want to make something that tastes great, is not only easy time wise, but with as little ingredients as possible....and healthy can't leave that part out!

Not to worry there was no double dipping in the taking of these photos ;)




3 Ingredient Spinach Dip


1 16oz container of plain Chobani Greek Yogurt (I used the non-fat option)
1 container chopped frozen spinach
1 Packet Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix

Thaw frozen spinach and rinse in a colander. Squeeze out all excess water.Put all ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly mix.



Just as a random note....As I'm typing this blog I keep singing that one song to myself "when I dip, you dip, we dip." ya I know that's weird.

Tips:

  •  This dip is best made right before a gathering
  • Tear out the center of a Hawaiian sweet bread and put dip in the bread bowl for a fun creative presentation
  • Place all of your favorite veggies around the dip for a colorful convenient display
